Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely. At HAVENKNIT, we ensure product images reflect the exact style, color, and detail of what you’ll receive. Our photography team captures socks in natural lighting to showcase true hues, and every batch undergoes strict quality checks to match the visual presentation. Whether it’s a kids’ cartoon sock or an adult cotton crew sock, what you see is what you get.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
After placing an order (or within 48 hours of purchase), you’ll receive a sales receipt via email. If you need to access it later:

 Check your order confirmation email, or log into your account on our online store and navigate to “My Orders”.

How can I return an item?
We offer hassle-free returns for unused socks in original packaging:
 
  1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery (via email or the form on our “Contact Us” page) to request a return.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label (for qualifying orders) or instructions for sending items back to our factory in Zhuji, Zhejiang.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the socks, we’ll process a refund or exchange (wholesale clients: refer to your custom agreement).
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes—popular styles (especially best-selling kids’ and adult basics) are regularly restocked. For custom or limited-edition designs:
 
  • Check the product page for a “Restock Notification” button—enter your email to get alerts when items are back.
  • For wholesale orders, contact our sales team to discuss pre-order options for high-demand styles.
Where can I ship my order?
We ship globally! Whether you’re a retailer in the US, a wholesaler in Europe, or a customer in Asia:
 
  • Retail orders: Select your country at checkout—we calculate shipping rates in real time.
  • Wholesale orders: Contact our team for bulk shipping quotes, including options for sea freight (for large volumes) or express air freight (for urgent needs).
     
    Our factory in Zhuji, Zhejiang (the “Sock Capital of China”) allows efficient worldwide distribution.
